Target Female Problem Spot with Triceps Plank Push Knee
One of the most frequently asked questions women have is how to target the back of the arms, or in other words, how to lean out their arms and reduce jiggle. This exercise will really hit the triceps area –aka back of the arms. But don’t forget that you can’t simply spot train – this exercise has to be part of an exercise routine. Ideally you should be doing resistance circuits that will increase heart rate, burn calories, and strengthen and tone the body overall.
Triceps Plank Push Knee
How to:
- Begin kneeling with arms parallel and your forearms on the ground.
- Exhale and drive off your forearms as you push your weight onto your hands, and allow your upper arms to glide along your side body (as you would in a triceps pushup).
- Your knees should remain planted ground and your butt should be sticking up. Allowing all the concentration should be on your upper body and core.
- Return to the starting position by driving hard off your palms.
